Construction projects often leave behind more than just stunning new features. They also leave behind fine dust, leftover materials, smudges on windows, and debris in every corner. Post-construction cleaning is the final step that ensures a property is safe, clean, and ready for occupancy. Whether the job is a kitchen remodel in Gilbert or a brand-new apartment complex in Chandler, this service is essential for a polished result.

There are typically three stages to post-construction cleaning. The first stage is called the rough clean. It begins after the main construction tasks are completed. This is when we remove large debris, sweep and vacuum floors, clean surfaces of drywall dust, and wipe out cabinetry. This stage is essential for safety and to allow other trades to complete their final work.

Next comes the final clean. This is where the detail work happens. We deep clean bathrooms and kitchens, polish mirrors and chrome fixtures, clean inside all drawers and closets, remove stickers and residue from new appliances or windows, and ensure every surface is spotless. We pay particular attention to windows, floors, and light fixtures.

The third and final phase is the touch-up clean. This usually takes place after inspections or staging. It addresses fingerprints on glass, dust that may have resettled, or small marks that were missed previously. It is a quality control step to ensure the space looks perfect.

Our teams are often called to handle post-construction cleaning for luxury homes in Paradise Valley, townhouses in Tempe, and commercial properties in Mesa. For multifamily developers and builders, we also provide scalable services that can handle large apartment turnovers, model units, and shared spaces.
