Founded by Maria Rosales, the company began operations in Arizona as a formally registered LLC in 2012. In its early years, it focused primarily on residential cleaning services, quickly gaining the trust of local families thanks to its attention to detail and personal touch.

Over time, and in response to growing demand, the company expanded its services to include office spaces, clinics, Airbnb properties, move-in/move-out cleanings, and especially post-construction and post-remodel cleanups. It established itself as a trusted name in this highly specialized segment due to its rigor and reliability.

In 2024, the company took a strategic step by transitioning into an S-Corporation—a structure that allows for optimized administrative management and stronger growth projections. This shift reflects not only its organizational maturity but also the commitment of its current owners, Makeyla and Brian Ahumada, to transparency, scalability, and excellence.
