The rough clean is the first essential step. During this phase, we also clean inside cabinets and closets to prevent buildup that can become harder to remove later.

The final clean happens once all contractors are finished. It includes full detailing of every room, from top to bottom. This is where we clean windows inside and out, scrub grout, polish faucets, and remove any trace of construction work. It is the stage that makes the property look clean enough to show or hand over to clients.

The touch-up clean is the final visit. Often done a few days after the final clean, it allows us to capture any dust that has settled again, clean up after a walk-through, and fix anything that may have been marked by ongoing foot traffic.
