What Should a Commercial Cleaning Quote Include?
Two commercial cleaning quotes can look similar until you compare the rooms covered, tasks per visit and costs for periodic work. If you manage a Phoenix office, warehouse or multi-tenant property, give each provider the same information so you can compare proposals.
Define the space and schedule
- Share the property type, approximate square footage, number of restrooms and the areas employees or visitors use most.
- Identify service hours, access instructions and areas that need special approval.
- State whether you need recurring visits, a one-time clean, or an initial clean followed by recurring service.
Separate recurring work from periodic tasks
Ask what is included on each visit. Common areas, restroom cleaning, trash removal and floor care may have different frequencies. Clarify whether interior glass, carpet cleaning, detailed floor work and consumables are included or quoted separately.
Confirm how changes are handled
Ask who receives requests, how extra work is approved and what happens when building access changes. Confirm who provides supplies and which areas or tasks are excluded.
Send a short brief with your quote request
Include your property location, the areas to clean, preferred frequency and desired start date. Maria's team can confirm scope and availability and prepare a quote for the facility.
